We are excited to announce that the 2024-25 OCA Spirit Tryouts are coming very soon!

We are looking for dedicated, talented, and experienced dancers and cheerleaders to join our program. The OCA Spirit Team cheers and dances in support of other athletic teams as they compete. Our team also competes at SCDA endorsed competitions in the Gameday category. Our job at Oceanside is to represent and support the school by promoting positive school spirit. As a team, we work hard and challenge ourselves to grow in our talents, individually and as a team. We look forward to meeting you!

Tryouts are a mandatory two-day process. Participants will attend our Prep Clinic on April 26 where they will learn the material that will be performed on tryout day. This is an opportunity to ask questions and get an idea of the style of our team. On April 27, participants will perform for our judges. An email will be sent Saturday, April 27 with the numbers of those who made the team.
