Chris Swisher will serve as the OCA Board Chair for the 2024-25 school year after serving as the Board Treasurer for the 2023-24 school year.
A native of Mooresville, Ind., Swisher attended Indiana University in Bloomington where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1991. He went on to earn an MBA in Marketing from Butler University in Indianapolis in 2000.
Swisher worked for Bayer for more than 18 years, starting out as a Sales Specialist in 2006 before leaving the company in June after serving as the Head of Customer Experience / Learning & Development for the company, servicing all of the Americas.
He began his career after college in the Health Care field, working in medical practices from 1995-2000 with Franciscan Alliance in Mooresville, Ind. From there he worked for Availity in Business Development, Cardinal Health as a sales representative and as a Critical Care Account Manager for Covidien-Nellcor.
He and his wife, Kelsey, live in Mount Pleasant with their four children.
