Jennifer Ross brings a wide variety of skills and experiences to her new role of Administrative Assistant.
A veteran of the United States Air Force where she spent almost four years as an Information Management Specialist with postings across the globe, she spent the second half of her more than eight year in the Air Force working Aerospace Medical Services.
Following her military service, Ross spent more than a year in London working as a Beneficiary Service Representative before moving halfway around the world to serve as a Guest Services Associate and Brand Ambassador at the USS Missouri Memorial in Pearl Harbor, Hawai'i.
She remained in Hawai'i, working as a sailing instructor for Morale, Welfare and Recreation DTA USA which provides recreations services to active duty military and veterans.
Ross moved to Charleston in 2023 to work as a Healthcare Recruiter for ProLink Staffing and followed that with a short stint as a Case Manager and SIU Investigator for AIC Companies.
Ross has Associate's Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in both Applied Science Information Management and Applied Science Allied Health Science. She earned a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus in Health Services Management.
