This is my 10th year teaching in Charleston County. I was born not far away in Conway, SC where my father taught English Literature at Coastal Carolina University. I eventually earned an English degree from the same university and married my beautiful wife, Melissa. Melissa and I have seven-year-old twins, Donovan and Stella (who currently show no interest in literature whatsoever).
