Oceanside Collegiate Academy

Thomas Hundley serves as the CTE Instructor at Oceanside Collegiate Academy, bringing more than 13 years of experience in education and cybersecurity to the role.

Mr. Hundley began his career teaching business and technology at Wando High School in Mt. Pleasant, where he founded the Cybersecurity & Networking program, which went on to earn national recognition. In 2016 he moved into cybersecurity full-time as a network security analyst supporting NIWC. Today he works as a cybersecurity contractor supporting the Department of War He is also the founder of Wanderlust Innovations, a small company that builds software and homeschool curriculum.

He earned a bachelor's degree in Business & Technology Education from the University of South Carolina in 2012 and a master's degree in Cyber Security from Liberty University in 2019, and he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership. In addition to his South Carolina teaching certification in business and technology education, Mr. Hundley holds the following professional certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Practitioner (CCSP).

Thomas and his wife have two sons.
